It was the perfect way to start my year! From healthy recipes to workout routines that anyone can do at home, there are no excuses to begin living a healthy life.
Not going to lie, I was hesitant to take this class, since I have many unhealthy habits. I like Red Bull to much and macadamia cookies from 7Eleven. And well, this class definitely taught me things that I had zero clue about, but most importantly, the lessons were done in a way where I didn't feel like I was being lectured or nagged as if it was from an old grandma. Dilpreet's facilitation of this class was inclusive, exciting with the breakout rooms and her competencies were absolutely evident in all of the questions that were asked where she did not hesitant for a moment. I'm looking forward to future classes she hosts!! 5/5 highly recommend
